Ehsaas Kafalat Program also known as BISP Kafalat Program started paying January to March 2024 quarterly stipend installments to registered and eligible citizens. The Prime Minister of Pakistan made an increment of Rupees 2000 was made and the amount increased to 10500 from 8500. All registered candidates can collect the amount from the nearest Ehsaas Benazir Income Support centers available in every Tehsil and District. The distribution of stipends is started all over Pakistan including Punjab, KPK, Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, and Baluchistan under the direct supervision of BISP Director Generals.

Ehsaas Bisp Kafalat Program Registration for Transgenders
Now Transgenders can also register in Ehsaas Bisp Kafalat Program to get stipend installments from the Benazir income support program. The Requirements and registration process is
- Nadra issued a CNIC proving a Transgender
- Register at the nearest tehsil BISP center
- After receiving a confirmation SMS from 8171 eligible to receive payment

The government of Pakistan launched an official helpline to fix the local issues faced by citizens such as bribes and demand of FEE. There is no fee to collect the Kafalat Program stipend installment and it is free of charge. If anyone demands any kind of fee please report them on the BISP Official Helpline at 080026477
