BISP New Complain Process 2023.
Bisp have introduced improved Complain Process 2023 in response to continuous complaints from BISP members regarding payment deductions at BISP payment facility centers. Now you don’t have to give bribe to any person to get your payment. The objective is to ensure a fair and transparent disbursement process that upholds the principles of integrity and accountability, ultimately benefiting the entire BISP community.
What to do after deduction in BISP Payment.
In case you do not receive your full payment, we strongly advise you to request a receipt from the person responsible for the disbursement. If, despite your request, you are still provided with an amount less than what you are entitled to, it is imperative to follow the new complaint process introduced for 2023. This process has been designed to ensure that any discrepancies or issues related to BISP payments are promptly addressed and resolved, safeguarding your rights as a beneficiary.
Step 1 Go to BISP Tehsil Office.
The initial step in the new complaint process is to visit the BISP Tehsil office. At the Tehsil office, you can formally register your complaint regarding any payment discrepancies or issues you may have encountered. The office staff will assist you in documenting your concern and guide you through the subsequent steps of the resolution process.
Step 2 Meet Assistant Director at the BISP Tehsil office.
Step 2 involves informing the Assistant Director at the BISP Tehsil office about your registered complaint. The Assistant Director will review your case and initiate the necessary investigations to resolve the issue. They will work closely with you to gather any additional information or documentation required to facilitate the resolution process.
Step 3 Get Complaint form at the BISP Tehsil office.
Step 3 is to inquire about the complaint form at the BISP Tehsil office and request a copy. The complaint form is an essential document that will help you formally document the details of your complaint. Once you obtain the form, carefully fill it out, providing all the necessary information about the issue you are facing with your BISP payment.
Step 4 Filling your details on the Complaint Form.
Step 4 involves filling out your personal details on the complaint form. Make sure to provide the following information accurately:
- CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) Number: Enter your unique identification number.
- Mobile Number: Provide a contact number where you can be reached for updates on your complaint.
- Place of Payment: Specify the location or name of the payment facility center where the issue occurred.
- Amount Deducted: Clearly indicate the amount that was deducted from your payment. Be as precise as possible to ensure an accurate resolution of the discrepancy.
These details are crucial for the complaint resolution process, as they help in verifying your identity and investigating the reported payment issue effectively.
Step 5 Investigation of your Complain
In Step 5, your complaint will undergo a thorough investigation. After you have submitted the complaint form with your details and the nature of the issue, the authorities will initiate an inquiry into the matter. This investigation is a crucial part of the process to determine the validity of your complaint and rectify any payment discrepancies.
Step 6 Legal Action against Agent.
Step 6 involves the possibility of legal action being taken against the agent responsible for deducting cash from your payment. If the investigation reveals that there was wrongdoing or a violation of policies by the agent, appropriate legal measures will be pursued. BISP is dedicated to upholding the rights and interests of its beneficiaries, and taking legal action against agents involved in any fraudulent or unauthorized deductions is part of that commitment.
Step 7 You will get your full Amount.
In Step 7, after the case is successfully resolved and any necessary actions, including legal measures, have been taken against the agent responsible for the deduction, you will receive your full entitled amount. This amount will be deposited directly into your designated bank account.
